Halsey took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday to update her fans about the results of an endometriosis procedure she underwent.
The 29-year-old singer, who uses the pronouns “she/they,” was pictured wearing vertically striped pink and white pajamas that revealed a diaper belt and several bandages.
The Grammy-nominated artist captioned the picture: “Back in diapers but at least they have little bows.”
The Edison, New Jersey-born entertainer mentioned his doctor and thanked them for performing the procedure amid her health battle.
“Thank you to my queen @drthaisaliabadi for your unparalleled care and brilliance,” the singer, whose full name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, added in the caption.

Halsey then posted another message on stories labeled “endometriosis gang.”
The musical star has spoken publicly in the past about his battle with endometriosis, which, according to the Mayo Clinic, is “an often painful condition in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus grows outside your uterus.”
During his appearance on TV show The Doctors in 2018, the Without Me actor spoke candidly about living with the disease.
“Reproductive diseases are so frustrating because they really make you feel less like a woman,” the singer said. “It often happens that you sit at home and just feel so bad.
“You're sick, you don't feel sexy, you don't feel proud, you feel like there's not much hope. Hopefully I can have a bright future and achieve the things I want to achieve.”
Halsey said on the show that they suffered a miscarriage following their diagnosis.
“Before I could even really figure out what this meant to me and what it meant for my future, my career, my life and my relationship,” they said. “The next thing I remember was having a miscarriage on stage in the middle of the concert.”
The “Bad at Love” artist credited the people in her circle for helping her on her health journey while speaking to Us Weekly in 2018.

“I have male managers in my life,” Halsey said. “I’m constantly surrounded by men.”
“There were times where I would bleed through my clothes or feel sick, and it would get to the point where I would have to look at everyone around me and say, 'You know what? This is something that is reality for me and you. I have to suck it up and deal with it.
