According to online newspaper NK News, North Korea may have blocked the delivery of ammunition to Russia by sea.

Operations were reportedly halted due to production disruptions in North Korea or other logistical issues. The Seoul-based media outlet notes that no ships loaded with ammunition have appeared in Russian ports in recent weeks. According to the portal, the four ships Angara, Maia-1, Maria and Lady R have so far transported ammunition to Russia, making at least 32 trips. The Maia-1's last visit to the North Korean port of Rason took place on February 12th, and that of the Lady R on February 4th.
