Several people were injured in an explosion in a residential building in St. Petersburg, local media reported a drone attributed to the Ukrainians. Authorities report six injuries, including a 92-year-old woman who was hospitalized. Governor Alexander Beglov spoke of an “accident” and promised help to the residents of the apartment affected by the explosion. Videos on social media show a huge explosion. Kiev: “14 of the 17 launched drones intercepted”

North Korea blocks arms deliveries to Russia
According to online newspaper NK News, North Korea may have blocked the delivery of ammunition to Russia by sea.
