The comedian was sued by the singer after a joke made him feel uncomfortable during the CQC broadcast in September 2011. At the time, he referred to Wanessa being pregnant and commented that he would “eat her and the baby.” The episode culminated in his removal and dismissal from the band program.

In an interview with the Téte a Theo podcast in 2023, Wanessa spoke about what she did with the amount of compensation she received in the case against the comedian: “The money went somewhere else. I didn't use a cent of that money because I don't like using money that has done me a lot of harm.
