The former Real Housewives of New York star, 58, and the French banker, 54, who split from Olsen in 2020, were spotted arm in arm leaving Le Bilboquet restaurant.
Wearing a fluffy red jacket and black leather pants, the cabaret singer flashed her bright smile as she stayed close to her handsome date, who looked dapper in a dark suede jacket.
According to witnesses, the two enjoyed each other's company at the bar for almost two hours.

The outing comes a few days after the Countess revealed she had been on a date with a 62-year-old male model, following earlier rumors that they were seeing Southern hospitality personality Joe Bradley would.
“I actually had a date last night with a 62-year-old but really attractive man,” de Lesseps told reporter Derek Zagami on his Instagram account.
She added of her latest beau: “He's still modeling to this day, does a very good job, is the salt and pepper gray.”
The star described the man she was dating as “a commercial guy but very nice”.
Luann was recently linked to Southern Hospitality star Bradley, 28, as an insider told Us Weekly last month that the two seemed comfortable while spending time together at New York's Dream Hotel.

During the reunion episode of Southern Hospitality's second season, Bradley discussed his relationship with de Lesseps. He acknowledged the chemistry between them but clarified that there was no physical intimacy.
