Fitness queen Chontel Duncan has revealed that hanging up her sports wear and making her bed every morning is the key to her success.

The 32-year-old mother of five explained that simple occupations are just two of the five daily habits that keep her on track and ready to achieve goals.

She also likes to organize her daily snacks in advance, plan workouts and always has a large insulated bottle of water on hand.

These habits help her feel ready to cope with her day with the confidence that she will not be distracted or take shortcuts to junk food and drink.

“(Hanging my clothes) helps me feel motivated and helps me rummage through my drawers to find the perfect fit,” she said.

While having healthy food and water on hand encourages her to maintain hydration and eat well.

When it comes to planning workouts, Chontel says, “It’s about finding time.”

And she always makes her bed, because in her mind, “a successful day begins with a successful morning.”

She also prepares the breakfast smoothie the night before and has a daily to-do list to keep track of her.

One mother said she likes to get up before her children so she can “have a few hours of peace in the morning before the chaos begins.”

Chontel shared the happy family news on Instagram with one million followers along with images of the twins.

“We all had our suspicions that these two would appear early, as it was a high-risk (threatened miscarriage) pregnancy. “We just didn’t expect them to arrive on the 31st week of gestation,” she wrote.

“But here they are, thriving, kicking goals and winning the hearts of all the wonderful neonatal nurses and neonatologists.

“We are absolutely amazed by these two angels and the boys are VERY eager to meet them when they are ready to go home for the next eight weeks.”

The post on social networks was “liked” more than 115,000 times and more than 2,000 people congratulated the couple.

The beloved couple has three older sons to meet the twins – Jeremiah, five, Swade, four, and one-year-old Paris.

“It’s as if everything I’ve ever shown has come to life,” Chontel said.

“I’ve wanted four boys since I was little, Sam is one of four boys and his house has always been wild and fun. But after we had two, we started wanting a little princess, so it’s like a dream come true.

Asked how she combines parenting with business management and a hugely popular Instagram account that boasts 1 million followers, Chontel admitted that much of this is due to her devoted partner, who has been with her since she was 14 years old.

“Sam cares a lot about his wife and father. He does everything, we are a great team, “she said.

The happy news is even more special, given Chontel’s frightening health fears during her current and previous pregnancies with her youngest son, Paris.

The queen of fitness is experiencing “threatened miscarriage”, a common condition that occurs in 20% of pregnancies before the 20th week of gestation, causing abdominal pain and severe vaginal bleeding.

Although bleeding often stops, allowing a healthy pregnancy to continue, Chontel said he is struggling to cope with the reality that he has only a 50 to 83 percent chance of delivering the baby by term.

“To be completely open, the unknown from everyday life is difficult, exhausting and can sometimes engulf you,” she explained.

“I still live in fear and it’s exhausting to have that weight every day, but I have to believe that my body will endure. I want them so much here on Earth.
