Looking for a home that feels more like a luxury resort than a home? Drake got you, fam. You just need a cool $14.8 million to get the paperwork for his “YOLO Estate”.
Champagne Papi is selling one of his luxury residences in Hidden Hills, California after moving to another mansion in the Los Angeles area (he reportedly just bought a new $70 million Beverly Hills apartment from Robbie Williams).
The three-acre property is absolutely ridiculous, in the most Drakian sense, with its own massive pool with spa grotto, 80-foot waterslide, 25-seat movie theater, tennis and basketball courts, horse trails, and even a mechanical riding bull for some reason.
It’s like Drake’s own little Playboy mansion… literally; Fortune reports that the estate was once owned by the late Hugh Hefner himself.
After viewing the photos of this place, the last little fact should not surprise you much.
Drizzy reportedly bought the Hidden Hills home back in 2012 for $7.7 million from Saddle Ranch owner (Larry Pollack).
“I thought, ‘What are the craziest residential pools in the world?’ and when I searched the internet it came up… This house was the picture on my computer desktop years before I bought it,” the artist told Rolling Stone magazine in a 2014 profile.
After holding his own in his real estate portfolio for a full decade (and no doubt some amazing parties), Drake put the house up for sale through celebrity realtor duo Rainey and Branden Williams.
They describe it as “a stunning 3-acre resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive gated enclave of Hidden Hills.”
The Tudor-style English home is located on a private cul-de-sac and has the option to buy two adjacent properties, also owned by Drake, for a total of $22.2 million (USD).
It’s hard to describe how over the top, nouveau riche this place feels. You must look at the photographs.
Realtors say the 12,500-square-foot home boasts “the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience.”
He’s got six fireplaces, for starters…
Recording studio…
And a wine cellar with its own tasting room.
Several marble bathtubs can be found on site, one of which is punctuated by a Chanel(?) surfboard.
The real gem, however, is this sexy spa grotto with a cave pool, mainly due to the fact that it is, as the realtors put it, “surrounded by TVs to watch a big game or enjoy a floating movie. “
What could be better than Drake?
While they do not explicitly identify Mr. Graham as the owner of this property, it is a public secret that the real estate team is not necessarily shy about.
“If you’re reading this, it’s not too late,” the listing hints. “View” 5840 Round Meadow Rd.
