All hospital indicators related to the Covid epidemic in France have declined, but the number of cases is on the rise.
This Thursday, March 10, the French Public Health Authority announces 74,818 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, up from 56,620 last Thursday.
Thus, over the past 7 days in France, an average of 58,335 new infections are detected daily. This is 12% more than last Thursday, when an average of 52,173 new cases were reported over a seven-day period.
In France, 21,287 people were hospitalized this Thursday (-222 compared to the previous day), including 11,025 in routine hospitalization (-142) and 1,928 in intensive care (-34).

Since March 2020, 111,611 people have died in French hospitals, including 100 in a day.
As for the incidence rates, they are rising again: 567 positive cases per 100,000 inhabitants in France.
