Megan King ‘frustrated’ by ‘violent and destructive’ behavior of 3-year-old son with special needs at school: ‘Is his environment too inconsistent?’
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Megan King took to Instagram on Thursday to express her “disappointment” at the “abusive and destructive” behavior of her special needs three-year-old son Hart at school.
The 37-year-old influencer lamented that for the “second day in a row” she had to pick up her toddler, who was diagnosed with hypotonic cerebral palsy in October 2020, due to “bad behavior.”
“This not only makes me unable to work during this short school window, but also makes me feel frustrated and helpless for both of us,” wrote Meghan, who boasts 1.4 million social media followers.

“I rarely tell you about the challenges Hart is going through and instead focus on how well he is doing, trying to focus equally on my other two children and myself. But the reality is that Hart’s brain injury impacts our entire lives on a daily basis.”
King, who ended her third marriage in December, worried that little Hart’s “environment was too inconsistent” or perhaps he “lacked attention.”
“Is happiness achievable or are we doomed to lifelong rollercoaster behavior, carousel therapies and messy emotions that eat up everyone’s time and energy?” asked a Missouri blonde who hires nanny Ashley Estrada.
“The unknown is scary. How do you get him to integrate into a mainstream school when he’s being aggressive or destructive? How? Thank you for attending my depressive TED lecture.”
