Speaking to MailOnline, Deepti, 31, admitted that she felt Shake, 33, “wasted” her experience on the show after his chauvinistic and disrespectful comments about her appearance shattered her confidence.

Deepti said, “This is the first time he apologizes. Right before making this video, he sent me the same text message. But for me… it’s too late.
“I feel like he’s just fixing the damage and obviously what he keeps doing on social media after that apology, it’s obvious he doesn’t care.” He did it for the show. He did it to get less hate, but he has no regrets.
“Honestly, I don’t want anything to do with him and his apology is fake. This seems disingenuous.
‘Why now? 4-5 weeks after it happened… as soon as episodes 1-4 came out, he should have apologized if it was really sincere and from the bottom of his heart. He only did it because he is so hated.”

The Netflix series Love Is Blind, which is presented by American couple Nick and Vanessa Lachey, shows the members meeting each other without knowing what their partner looks like.
But fans and actors have become frustrated with Shayk due to his obsession with looks, which goes against the spirit of the dating show, which encourages communication on a deeper level rather than the influence of looks.

She hoped to finally find her life partner by signing on to Love Is Blind after the end of two longtime relationships, but feels that Shayk, who she suspects only joined the cast for the fame, “wasted” her experience.
She said: “All my life I struggled because I wanted to fit in.
“Coming to America and looking different, talking like everyone else, I was bullied a lot, I was overweight, and I had a lot of problems with my own body.
“As an adult, I worked hard to rebuild it and I know that I shouldn’t run away from my culture because it’s amazing. It took me a long time to be in this sure place.
