Ed Sheeran releases 2step remix with Chefin, the Brazilian rapper

As the singer previously announced, this Monday (1/605) Ed Sheeran released the remix of the song 2Step included on his latest album Equals, released last year, with the participation of the Brazilian Chefin, a national rap sensation.

Chefin is one of several artists of different nationalities who have collaborated on different versions of the song. Sheeran invited singers from countries such as India, Finland, Switzerland, France, UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia and Ukraine. The idea is to donate part of the project’s royalties to institutions that help people affected by the Russian invasion of Ukrainian territory.

Ukraine was the place that the singer chose as a filming location for the recording of the 2step clip before the start of the war. The music video version of the song features rapper Lil Baby. Cash:

Chefin celebrated the public reception of the release on social media: “I want to thank everyone, God first, and thank everyone who adds,” wrote the rapper, who became an exponent of national rap with hit 212.
