According to the New York Post, the supermodel snapped up the comedian’s quirky six-bedroom, five-bathroom triplex in New York’s Gramercy Park.
The property was listed for $15 million earlier this year, but sources told the outlet that it currently has “a contract for a few million less of the off-market deal.”

Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvoven, originally bought four separate units in the Gramercy Park building over the years and converted them into one nearly 5,000-square-foot residence.
The property offers six bedrooms and five bathrooms in a fully serviced late 19th century building and a key to the private two-acre Gramercy Park.
