Chances are you already know how to play Wordle, but if you’re new to the game, here’s how it works.

The game starts with a blank grid and players are given six chances to guess a new five letter word each day.

When you guess a word, the letter tiles appear in one of three colors. If the tile turns gray, the letter does not appear in the word you are guessing.

If the tile turns yellow, it means that the letter you guessed is in the word, just in the wrong place. If the tile turns green, the letter is in the word and in the right place.

If you really want to challenge, Wordle offers a hard mode that prevents players from guessing letters that have already been ruled out.

It’s a fantastic game, though if you don’t manage to solve the puzzle you’ll have to wait until the next day for the new Wordle to be released.
