“Apparently an African bush elephant is 22 months pregnant!!!! I’m afraid my body might mistake me for an elephant!’
“It feels like I’ve been pregnant since 1942… I appreciate pajamas, a belly and plenty of pineapples while I can!”

Speaking about her pregnancy last year, Catherine said that while little Alfie wasn’t too keen on the idea of being a big brother at first, he’s since been wrong.
“We were a little nervous because I remember asking him a while ago, ‘Do you want a brother or sister?’ and his response was, ‘Mom, I’d rather not have one,'” she laughed.
“We waited until after the 12 week scan to tell him and he took it really well. He was super excited and we absolutely loved it.”
Catherine and her husband announced they are expecting their second child in October, but admitted during their pregnancy that they hadn’t thought of names yet.
In conversation with OK! Following the announcement, Catherine gushed, “We’re absolutely thrilled. We feel so lucky. When we found out I just burst into tears.
The pregnancy came after the star struggled with phantom pregnancy symptoms for two years due to a hormonal imbalance.
Happy families: Speaking about her pregnancy last year, Catherine said little Alfie wasn’t too keen on the idea of being a big brother at first, but he popped in
“I took so many tests because I was convinced I was actually pregnant, but actually my body was just mimicking a pregnancy,” she said. “Well this time, even though my stomach was a bit swollen, I just thought: Oh, hormone imbalances again!
“Tom broke down when we found out we were having a little girl. He suddenly got all muddy. I’m sure she’ll wrap him around her little finger.”
Catherine and Tom had a whirlwind romance and after just four months of dating, they found out they were expecting their son Alfie.
Speaking to Notebook magazine, the actress said meeting Tom was so, so out of the blue. I’m damn happy. He ticks every box.
Speaking of her surprise pregnancy, she admitted: “It came as a shock to us, but we were both ready. The fact that I wasn’t nervous about telling him proved in my mind that he was the right man for me.
Almost there! Two weeks before giving birth, Catherine took to Instagram to reveal how her pregnancy felt like an elephant’s for so long
The couple married a year after welcoming their son in a Cheshire ceremony.
Catherine previously admitted she would love a second birth at home as she recalled being “taken to the hospital, initiated on synthetic hormones and cut on the ground floor” during her first labour – but also insisted that she would “go every possible route” to get her unborn daughter here safely.
In November, the actress uploaded snaps welcoming son Alfie in March 2015, and explained that her “idyllic” birth plan was thrown out the window when she was 15 days overdue.
Catherine wrote in a lengthy caption: “Your ‘birth story’ may not always go according to plan. not mine. With a birthing pool set up in our conservatory and a very holistic midwife, I was dying to have a natural birth at home.
“I had my heart set on an idyllic birth, daffodils were just beginning to bloom in the garden and the occasional butterfly swept by as I held my newborn son. Unfortunately this was not the case. I ended up being 15 days overdue and required hospitalization and induction.
“The baby’s heart rate began to drop and I was prepared for a cesarean. When suddenly, as if by magic, I felt the need to push!
