Video Shows Steve Harris and Paul Di’Anno Meeting in Croatia; PM Igor Miranda

Iron Maiden has continued the Legacy of the Beast tour this Sunday (22nd) in Zagreb, Croatia. Paul Di’Anno, singer of the band’s first two albums, is in the country to conduct treatments for future knee surgery.

A video posted to social media showed the singer meeting bassist and group leader Steve Harris. Di’Anno was on the show’s VIP list.

Steve Harris and Paul Di’Anno reunite

The night before, Paul Di’Anno played his first show in 7 years. The performance took place at the Bikers Beer Factory and was filmed to be included in an upcoming documentary directed by Wes Orshoski, coproducer of the acclaimed film “Lemmy,” about the life of the leader of Motörhead, which was released in 2010 .

The singer has spent the last six years getting around using a wheelchair. During surgery to implant a kneecap, he contracted sepsis, a bacterial infection that cannot be treated with antibiotics.

In addition to participating in the first Iron Maiden albums, Paul had the bands Di’Anno, Killers and Battlezone. He has also been involved in projects with Praying Mantis and Architects of Chaoz. In recent decades he has performed with dozens of groups performing repertoire from his greatest glory.
