Jodi Gordon is using the day as she gets up early to watch the sunrise and meditate after ending 30 days of “immersion therapy” following the AVO drama with the banker’s ex-boyfriend
She recently completed a 30-day “immersion therapy” program at an exclusive clinic in Sydney.
And Jodi Gordon seems to be making the most of each day now, as the 37-year-old former soap star shares her sunrise getaway to Instagram on Monday.
However, not everything went according to plan as Sydney’s rain blocked the sun.
A new beginning: Jodi Gordon seems to be making the most of each day now, with the 37-year-old former soap star sharing her sunrise getaway on Instagram on Monday
Sitting on a cliff by the sea in a jacket and cap, the Celebrity Apprentice Australia star told her followers: “I came here this morning to watch the sunrise and to meditate.”
“I’m having a really big day today,” she continued, “so I wanted to feel really good and centered and relaxed.”
“Here we’re looking at the sunrise and that’s what I got,” said NRL star Braith Anasta’s ex-wife, referring to the gloomy weather.
Silver Lining: Things didn’t go according to plan, however, as Sydney’s rain kept the sun hidden
“But we’re making the best of what we have right,” the model added philosophically, before kissing them goodbye.
Gordon, best known for her roles in Neighbors and Home and Away, recently completed an “immersion therapy” program following her acrimonious split from prominent investment banker Sebastian Blackler.
After their split, she checked into The Sydney Retreat in Stanmore, where clients are offered a “30-day recovery program” for $8,800.
While she was in the clinic, a friend of Gordon’s told Daily Mail Australia of her situation: “Jodi is in a sensitive condition.”

Last month, Windsor Magistrates Court Judge Leanne Robinson ordered Gordon and Blackler, her boyfriend of 18 months, not to contact each other until April 2024.
Another condition of the AVOs enforced by police against the couple – and which their lawyers have agreed without admission – prohibits them from stalking, harassing or assaulting each other.
The AVOs relate to an alleged altercation on April 3 in far north-west Sydney.
NSW Police were called to a bed and breakfast on Sunday morning and arrested Blackler but later released him without charge.
Court documents reportedly said when police questioned Blackler, 31, about bruising and swelling to his left eye, he allegedly claimed his girlfriend “hit him with a wine bottle” but declined to make a formal explanation.
