Karine Teles alongside Bruna Linzmeyer, with whom she shared the role of Madeleine, in “Pantanal”
Karine Teles posted a photo with Bruna Linzmeyer to thank her for the partnership in the “Pantanal”. The actresses shared the role of Madeleine, a character who died in a plane crash in this Saturday’s episode (21).
“For the first time in my Instagram life, I can’t read all the messages I receive. Madeleine was and still is a whirlwind in my life. Lots of new emotions. Many. I come here to thank you so much for the affection of everyone from the soap opera team (Papinha, Noa, Beta, André, Thomáz, Walter, Marie, Angra, Pedrinho, Alice, Bia and many others…) to to the cast (Camila Morgado, without you madeleine wouldn’t be madeleine, caco partner, selma, love, jesíta, mistress, alanis lindeza, silvero geninho, victoria amoreca, marcos palmeira, i dunno, dira dazzle and all the sensational cast of the soap opera ) to the people watching and affected in some ways to those writing to me. is coming to an end and ending cycles is just as important as starting them. Bruna, I will always remember our Mad with lots of love. That’s one of the first things. We know how much work and love and dedication we put into them. I am very moved and grateful. Let’s go noix! Onward!” Karine wrote in her per fil.
In a recent interview with GLOBO, Karine spoke of the harmony between the two to build the character. The result came mostly from conversations about Madeleine’s emotions and mood swings, a spoiled carioca turned digital influencer, a profession that didn’t even exist in the original exhibition. Karine also asked the production to separate scenes from Bruna so she could study in the editing room.
“I kept her image in my mind because Madeleine has a bond with youth. She has matured but has the demeanor she had when she was young. I thought if I acted like Bruna, with her energy, but with my face, my age and my body, the character would be interesting,” he explained.
Bruna also said it was Karine’s attention and listening that made the partnership.
“Karine has the power to perceive what is happening and what is at stake. It takes me to places I didn’t imagine and where it was important to be. It was by listening to her, both with her ear and with her eyes, that forged important bonds between our Madeleines.”
