Ivete Sangalo surprised fans by taking the stage at Orla 2 de Juazeiro in northern Bahia on Thursday night (26), 24 hours before the special show celebrating her 50th anniversary.
At the sound check, the artist was cheered on by the fans, who spent the whole day following the final preparations for the presentation on Friday evening (27th).
The venue featured a beautiful light show on stage and colors clearly explaining the name of the tour: All Coloured.

When photos of Ivete were shown on the big screen along with the fans, many of them were touched and paid attention, hoping to be seen.
The singer arrived at the stage set around 8:30 p.m., but did not appear publicly until 10:00 p.m.

Wearing comfortable clothes, sneakers and a jacket around her neck to protect herself from the strong wind that prevails on Juazeirense night, the singer with the dancers of her team followed the rhythm of the choreographies, waving to the audience and speaking of anticipation for the show.
“Tomorrow we (sic) will be here, you see? I will wait here for everyone”
“Thanks to the whole team who worked so hard to bring this show to Juazeiro. I’m very happy, that’s the greatest gift of all, that I can sing here in my city and to the people of Petrolina [cidade vizinha a Juazeiro], come all too. Petrolina is my dengo. Come on everyone, tomorrow will be a great evening,” Ivete affirmed.

At the sound check, the instruments, the positioning of the singer and the dancers on stage could be heard, and she said she didn’t turn on the microphone audio to “save the surprise for the show”. However, some songs could only be identified by the instrumental part, as in the case of “Tá unlone, mas não tá alone”.
Ivete used the microphone in her hands and when it came time to play with the audience, asked for the audio to be released.
“Tomorrow I will come beautifully. I’ll come out of the river naked, clutching a rope, I’ll arrive here freezing to be draped in a cloak all studded with gold and diamonds. ”
“I’ve collected all of the Painho jewelry that Painho was selling here in Juazeiro and out of nowhere I’m going to show up dressed in something I don’t even know for sure to get back to the soundcheck focus.
After the soundcheck, Ivete came down from the stage and spoke briefly with the fans.

The dress rehearsal held on this Thursday began in the late afternoon and, in addition to the presence of musicians and dancers, also had the technology to offer. Everything was accompanied with excitement by the spectators, who sang and danced along even without a show.

At dusk, while the team took to the stage and fans surveyed up close, Ivete took part in an intimate religious celebration where she lives.
He also used to ride a boat along the São Francisco River with his family.

Preparations and the presence of Boninho
This Thursday, Orla Nova de Juazeiro received the final preparations for the special show from Ivete Sangalo. On the banks of the São Francisco, a megastructure attracted the presence of the curious, fans of the singer and a team of about 400 professionals, including the director of Rede Globo, Boninho.

The stage on which Ivete will perform is 40 meters wide and 14 meters high. A 215 square meter LED panel will provide the audience with the look that also gives the artist’s new tour its name.

Among the 400 professionals, 150 are from Rede Globo, who traveled from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo to work on capturing the audio and video.
The show will be broadcast by the TV channel throughout Brazil after the Pantanal soap opera.

According to Boninho, the location chosen for the presentation could not be other than Juazeiro, Ivete’s birthplace. He arrived at the showroom around 12:00 to see the work.

“We’re just starting to get ready. We need to finetune the cameras, prepare, there will be some changes, but soon everything will be ready, we are very happy with what we saw,” he says.
“We are very happy to be here to celebrate this party with her. Fifty years is a date we need to celebrate with a party and we’re going to have fun with this show.”

According to Ivete’s team, the production of the event is the responsibility of Ivete’s team, who will change clothes at least once during the show. She will dance alongside eight dancers.
Boninho was accompanied by spectators who were in Orla Nova after the montage and he attended to everyone with sympathy, taking photos and speaking. Fans of singer Ivete Sangalo also keep coming back.
Student Daniel de Oliveira is 20 years old and a compatriot of Ivete. Living in the city, he followed the entire construction process, which started two weeks ago.
“I’m really looking forward to this show, so I’m looking forward to coming here immediately. Ivete is a beloved daughter of Juazeiro and everyone here must honor her.”

Daniel says he’s already traveled to a few cities in Bahia to see a show by the artist, but this one has “special tastes”. “It is very exciting for us who are from Juazeiro to celebrate these 50 years with her because she is a representative of our country that makes everyone very proud.”
Student Laiane Delmones, 23, is also a fan of the singer and left the capital for the north of the state just to see the star. She hasn’t seen Ivete live since before the pandemic, and now she will be able to “kill the suffocating longing”. She arrived in town this morning (26).

Before the show, Laiane and her friends delve into Ivete’s past to get a firsthand look at her origins. They visited the Country Club, the neighborhood where the artist was born and grew up, and her home on Rua Almirante Tamandaré. He also wants to eat the roast goat “that Ivete talks about so much,” a typical dish from the São Francisco Valley region.
“She’s an incredible artist and this show will be a time to celebrate her life and the love we fans have for her.”
