In an interview with Hannity on Monday, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham outlined under what circumstances he would support a no-fly zone in Ukraine and urged the Biden administration to take clear and strong action against China.
Graham said he does not currently support the no-fly zone, which NATO member Estonia was the first inter-organizational ally to support.
“But if Putin uses chemical weapons against the Ukrainian people, I would support a no-fly zone because that would be in violation of all existing war crimes rules,” Graham added.

“And the ban on chemical weapons would be nothing if we didn’t act with a no-fly zone. And now, no boots on the ground, no-fly zone.

Graham went on to say that China is “trying to bail out Putin.”
“If Putin loses, China loses,” Graham added, urging the Biden administration “not to repeat the same mistake with China as with Russia.”
“If you believe that the Chinese will help Putin survive by providing military equipment and economic aid… put on the table for China to read, the sanctions that will come [their] path if [they] help Putin,” he said.
