Two homeless people were killed and three wounded by his bullets. On Monday, March 14, a hunt began in New York and Washington for a man accused of a series of nightly attacks on sleeping homeless people. “A ruthless killer is on the loose, but we will arrest him and put him in jail,” mayors of both cities, Eric Adams and Muriel Bowser, said in a joint statement.
