Two men were arrested on Monday evening while investigating the death of a young man who was shot dead in a nightclub in Gosier on Sunday morning.

The investigation is progressing into the murder of a 22-year-old man with a firearm at the “Zénith” nightclub in Bas-du-Fort in Gosier on the night of Saturday May 28th to Sunday May 29th 2022 : Two Men were taken into police custody last night (Monday 30 May).
Investigations entrusted to the territorial criminal police service are actively pursued.

As a reminder, a 20-year-old woman was also injured when gunshots erupted during a private party at around 2:45 a.m.
The shots triggered panic. So much so that by the time police arrived, many of the witnesses had left.
The first task of the police was therefore to motivate those present to come forward and pass on their information useful to the investigators.
