Elon Musk says Tesla AI Day has been pushed back to September 30

Elon Musk announced Thursday night that Tesla’s AI Day will be postponed to September 30.

“Tesla AI Day has been pushed back to September 30 as we may have a working Optimus prototype by then,” Musk said.

The date was originally set for August 19th.

At last year’s AI Day, Musk introduced the humanoid robot project and said it could be launched the following year.
