Limp Bizkit Announce ‘Still Sucks’ Tour Starting In April

It’s been so long since Limp Bizkit went on tour that they forgot how to announce it. On Wednesday, Limp Bizkit shared a video with Rolling Stone of their “Still Sucks” tour starting April 28, but they only sent us a Dropbox link, so we can’t share it. Let us describe it instead.

“Okay, so this is what Limp Bizkit look like when they play live, so…” says Wes Borland, posing as a mid-life crisis-on-the-beach-with-his-kid-who-doesn’t-do. t-want-to-be-there to watch. “You mean the promoter cut the video and put in live footage?” Fred Durst responds enthusiastically – in imitation of the former Holo-Fit – as the video literally shows clips of their performances. (Just imagine it.)

“What an outstanding performance. The camera moves forward and backward. Boom! That’s it,” adds Borland. The band’s logo then appears on the screen before Durst signals the video’s makers to “probably add music, like from the band” before the words “Still Sucks Tour 2022” flash on the screen.

The tour is in support of their album Still Sucks, which they released late last year. The record featured the single “Dad Vibes”, created for “anyone who sinks into the abyss of melancholy” after hearing the band’s music. At least that’s how my editor described it.

The band posted information about the tour on Instagram, but not on Facebook. So if your dad likes rap rock bands Break Stuff and Take a Look Around, let him know.

Wargasm UK will be joining them throughout the tour, with $not and Scowl supporting for the first 10 shows of the tour. Yung Gravy and Dying Wish will then play their stop in Colorado. For the last three shows, only Dying Wish and Wargasm UK will join them.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00.
