The pair that won in May £184 million (R$1.1 billion) in EuroMillions the biggest prize ever paid out by the lottery in the UK has already reached the Your first big purchase. And the billionaires surprised with the good acquired: a used car.
The discovery was made by The Sun newspaper, which caught the couple Joe and Jess Thwaite the “new” car, a gray Volvo V60. The car costs 38,000 pounds (233,000 BRL).

Many would imagine that with that much money Joe could buy a supercar like a Bugatti, a Lamborghini, a McLaren or an Aston Martin. But the English said so “Not much for cars”. Shortly after he was announced as the winner of the award, Joe quit his job. He and Jess have been married for 11 years and have two children. They made a single bet.
