The Instituto de Medicina Legal de Málaga, Spain, made a report on the removal of the body from the Former Princess of Qatar Kasia Gallanio45, was found dead in the penthouse where she lived on Sunday (29).
The document, published by Spanish newspaper El Mundo, reveals coroners found several empty vodka bottles and various drugs, including a drug used to treat chronic alcoholism and antidepressants.
According to experts, “blood and remains” were also found on the stairs of the apartment building. In addition, Kasia Gallanio’s body showed bruises on his shoulders, but coroners have not yet been able to identify the causes of the injuries.
The preliminary autopsy shows that the former princess died of cardiac arrest. However, authorities are still awaiting the results of a toxicology study before more details about the death can be released.
Spanish agents were called in to investigate the case after the former princess’ youngest daughter reported that she had not been able to contact her mother for several days.

She was found dead weeks after she denounced Abdelaziz bin Khalifa Al Thani, her exhusband, for sexually abusing one of the couple’s three daughters. Since 2007, the two have been fighting over custody of the teenagers. The uncle of the current Emir of Qatar denies any allegation.
