The love between Prince Albert II of Monaco and Charlène Wittstock was born during the Olympic Games of Sydney in 2000. The two are very fond of sports, she is even a former swimmer. According to Lady Christa, Alberto would never leave Charlène because he gave her a son.
Prince Albert has longed so much for a son that he will be the rightful heir to the throne, since the male child she already has is not entitled to the throne. Also, with the separation, Charlène would lose some rights to the children and it seems that this is not what the princess, who is very close to her twins, wants.

Lady Christa revealed details of life at the palazzo: “I don’t think Charlène is a good person, but she’s nice to Alberto, but he does everything she says. Before the wedding, Alberto had her undergo medical tests to prove she could have children. For Alberto, the fact that she accepted all of this made her special.”
