Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari are moving into a new mansion in the Los Angeles area.
The 40-year-old pop superstar and aspiring actor, 28, have bought a massive new mansion in Calabasas, California, TMZ reported Monday.
The newlyweds don’t seem to have wasted any time as they appear to have started moving in the same day.

The new home was an expensive purchase for the couple as they reportedly spent $11.8million on the home – although it would come mostly from Britney’s net worth, which is around $60million.
It’s an impressive 11,650 square feet, so they’ll have plenty of space even if Britney’s sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, are spending time there.
They’ll likely be too much, as the new house appears to be close to her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s home, where he lives with the boys.
Remarkably, Britney’s sons were not present at their wedding on Thursday, which took place at their former home. In a statement to People, Federline’s attorney made it clear that while they were happy for their mother, they wanted her to bask in the spotlight on their big day.
“They are so happy for their mother and hope Sam and Britney have a great future together,” said Mark Vincent Kaplan. “It’s their night and they didn’t want to take anything away from them.”

Britney has a penchant for snapping photos and videos for her Instagram account outside of her old Hidden Hills home, and thanks to the four-acre mansion, she’ll have floor space to continue that.
She and her husband appear to have got a head start on the move after their car was spotted in the home’s driveway, accompanied by two moving trucks.
It’s not clear if the lovebirds plan to quickly sell their former mansion – where their wedding took place – or if they plan to hold on to this property.
All of their needs are sure to be met in the new home as it reportedly boasts a large kitchen area as well as a screening room for movie nights on a big screen.
TMZ even notes that the house has an unusual perk — a room dedicated solely to gift-wrapping, which will likely improve Britney and Sam’s gift-giving game for Christmas and birthdays.

The home includes an expansive backyard with a large pool and water slide. The area is also adorned with several fountains, and there’s a hot tub that connects to the pool.
A covered area near the pool would be ideal for a BBQ on a hot summer day.
Britney and Sam appear to have gotten the house for a bargain price as it was originally listed for just under $15.5 million.
A post from Frontgate Real Estate promoting the home highlights its gorgeous marble floors, elegant moldings, and distinguished chandeliers.
The kitchen features a cozy island for light snacks and conversation, and there’s also a window-lined breakfast nook just off it. Opposite the kitchen is a relaxing living area.
Guests arriving at the front of the house walk up a grand flight of stairs when they get to the front doors.
A video tour of the property reveals that it’s decorated with gorgeous dark wood fixtures. There is a long room off one of the main halls for formal dining.
Another room features huge built-in shelves and cabinets made from the same dark wood to create a stylish office space.
One room had previously been decorated with a piano and featured a large bar and plenty of space for chairs and tables, which would be an ideal place to entertain guests and even sing a song or two.
Britney’s master bedroom includes a huge walk-in closet and a beautifully tiled bathroom.
The area is full of ultra-rich celebrities, including Kourtney Kardashian and her new husband, Travis Barker.
Sam and Britney appear to have preferred to settle into their new mansion rather than embark on their honeymoon straight away, although they will have plenty of time to travel.
Frontgate Real Estate’s Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes posted on Instagram that the property was “only listed” back in January 2021, but Douglas Elliman’s Josh and Matt Altman handled the listing with Todd Bernstein of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, according to property records.
A source told TMZ that Britney’s ex-husband Kevin took a wait and see attitude to living so close to his ex-wife.
“Kevin was surprised that of all the neighborhoods she could afford to move to, she chose his,” they said. ‘As long as his peace and tranquility are not disturbed by it, more power to her.’
