The telenovela of the Boeing 747 with Iranian roots but which flew on the Venezuelan Conviasa and was confiscated in Argentina continues and now concerns the black box.

The plane had a VenezuelanIranian crew who had already arrived in the country with missing documentation and suspected the plane could be impounded. However, the aircraft was analyzed from nose to tail.
A full inspection of the jumbo was conducted last Friday (17), lasting “from early afternoon to 4am,” according to local media. The review was conducted by Argentine judicial staff, police officers and aviation experts. A tablet left by the crew was confiscated. To date, 30 mobile devices have been confiscated, including 18 cell phones, 7 laptops and 5 tablets.
But the investigation continued and entered the rear compartment of the plane, where the black boxes are located. Both the Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and the Voice Recorder (CVR) were confiscated, the latter being the most valuable to the criminal investigation department as it can reveal the conversation between the crew and clarify points which were not told to the police during their deployments.
Since its arrest, the Boeing 747300, registration YV3531, remains parked and sealed in a remote area of Buenos Aires’ Ezeiza Airport and is also under 24hour surveillance by local police. Until everything is clarified, the plane is being held despite protests from Venezuela:
