The 46-year-old actress and her 13-year-old daughter walked hand in hand as they checked out various stores at The Grove in Los Angeles.

The couple have six children together. They had three biologically and adopted three more.

They have six children: Maddox, 20; Pax, 18; Zahara, 17; Shiloh, 15; and twins Vivienne and Knox, 13.

After the divorce, a legal battle over custody began between the two stars, who initially fell in love while playing the couple in the action comedy Mr and Mrs Smith.

They are still fighting over the custody of their four minor children, as well as over the property they acquired together during their marriage.

Jolie’s appearance with Vivienne comes just days after she appeared on the NBC Nightly News to praise the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, a federal law that was first passed in 1994.

The law provided funding for the investigation and prosecution of cases involving alleged acts of violence against women. He also created the Violence Against Women Office in the Department of Justice.

Jolie said the bill was “personal to everyone” and had her own experience with the family court system after she accused her ex-husband Brad Pitt of verbally and physically assaulting one of their six children on a private jet in 2016.

“It’s personal for everyone,” Jolie said. “Everyone who cares about the family, everyone who cares about children, everyone who cares about their own safety and the health of their society.”

He was cleared of all charges following an investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Families and the FBI.

“The health of my children is now a priority for me,” she added. “And the last few years I’ve been focusing on helping my family and … focusing on helping change laws to protect other families and other women and focus on their stories.”
