The coalition also believes, according to the sources cited by CNN, that the Belarusian government is “preparing an environment to justify the attack on Ukraine.” However, US sources quoted by the US broadcaster emphasize that the Pentagon sees “no signs that the Belarusians are preparing to enter Ukraine or have made any agreements to that effect.”
