A Miami man has been charged with sexual assault after he allegedly ran up to a Walmart customer and ripped off her clothes before attempting to rape her.
The sexual assailant, who police say is Bredan Harvey, 28, of Miami Gardens, attacked a stranger in a Miami-Dade store on Saturday while the victim was shopping.
Harvey allegedly pulled up a woman’s dress while she was browsing the aisles of a supermarket and then grabbed her buttocks.
The stunned customer turned to face her to attack her, only for the pervert to push her to the floor before grabbing her thighs and underwear.
She screamed for help and managed to call nearby shoppers for help.
Customers inside the store reacted quickly and immediately tried to pull Harvey away from the victim.
In particular, one customer in a white top can be seen restraining Harvey with the help of another Good Samaritan until local authorities arrive.
The clip of the attack was filmed after Harvey was dragged away from his intended victim, although a shocked woman can be seen leaning against the aisle a few feet away from the scene of the altercation.

Bredan Harvey, 28, has been charged with sexual assault after he “attempted to rape” a female customer at a Walmart store during opening hours Sunday night.
“It’s really not safe,” said Mikayla Carroll, who often shops at the 3200 block store on NW 79th Street. “I went to Walmart at the grocery store.”
“Just for someone to come up to me without thinking that someone will come up to me, touch me, it’s just scary as a woman,” she added.
Shopper Kayla Carter told Local10 she was speechless after witnessing the incident.
“I don’t even know what to say, I’m speechless,” she said. ‘Where is the protection? It’s a pity, it’s a pity that children come here, there are families.”
Harvey, who was initially held without bail by police, appeared before a judge in court on Monday, where it was revealed he was on probation at the time of the incident, the Miami-Dade Police Department told .
