Investors need to be aware of these five agricultural stocks

Investors need to be aware of these five agricultural stocks, says Jim Cramer

CNBC’s Jim Cramer provided a list of five agricultural stocks he believes investors should consider buying on Tuesday.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has greatly restored agriculture, saying, “Given that Russia and Ukraine account for about one-third of the world’s wheat production, as this prolongs, we will look to global food shortages. It may be possible. ” The host of “Mad Money” said.

“I think the best approach to a bull market in agriculture is to bet on a basket of ag-related stocks, as farmers pour it into seeds, equipment and fertilizers when they make a lot of money,” he added.

Investors don’t have to own a complete basket of agricultural stock picks, Kramer said, but these five are great options.

  • Archer-Daniels-Midland
  • Corteva
  • AGCO
  • Deer
  • Tractor
  • “I think they are the winners. If they go down, I will buy more,” Kramer said.

He also provided a short list of fertilizer companies that could be invested, but he said it was more dangerous to own than the agricultural stocks he listed.

The list of fertilizer companies is as follows:

  • CF Industries
  • mosaic
  • Nutrien
  • “If you want to bet on fertilizer, be aware that this is a short-term transaction, not an investment, so be prepared to ring the register immediately and reduce losses along the way,” Kramer said. Told.
