A MiamiDade man has been arrested by law enforcement after sexually assaulting a woman at a Walmart store.
According to the local media report, this event took place at the company’s headquarters on 79th Street northwest.
Likewise, MiamiDade Police Departments stated in their arrest report that the victim was simply shopping when she was suddenly attacked by the person.

The accused was identified as Bredan Harvey, 28, who allegedly approached the woman from behind, later lifting her dress and touching her privates without hesitation.
Upon feeling the contact, the victim would have turned to defend himself, but was pushed and thrown to the ground by his attacker, who also ripped his underwear off while touching his body below the waist.
Witnesses of this event were those who immediately helped the victim and separated her from Harvey. It is important to note that the woman’s identity has not been released by the authorities.
Immediately thereafter, MiamiDade police officers arrived at the scene to complete the arrest of the individual.
It turned out that among the sanctions imposed by the US judiciary, the one that stands out is that the detainee is not allowed to have any contact with the person concerned. Likewise, you must stay away from the Walmart facility where the crime was committed.
The local press also reported that a judge estimated his bail at $50,000.
After this situation, the trading company’s customers expressed both surprise and disapproval at the different fact.
