Jessika Power reveals the ONE thing you get for free on Married At First Sight – as she admits she had to “buy a whole new wardrobe” for the show.
Former Married At First Sight star Jessika Power has revealed the brides on the show have to buy their own wardrobe – but they get one outfit for free.
The 30-year-old – who starred in season six in 2019 – answered questions about her time on the Channel Nine series during an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday.
She said the producers paid for her wedding dress, but she had to foot the bill for all the other dresses she wore to the dinner parties and engagement ceremonies.

“We had to pay [for dinner party clothes]. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe. The only thing you get for free is the wedding dress,” she said.
Jessika was also asked during the Q&A about rumors that she is secretly engaged to her British boyfriend Connor Thompson.
She laughed, “I don’t know the answer to that. When you meet someone, don’t rush things like this. We’re happy… we just live together.’

The couple live in Manchester, England, but Jessika hinted in April that they could eventually settle down in Brisbane, Australia.
“Connor is joining us in September and we are so happy,” she told the Herald Sun.
“It’s like, ‘Who is this girl from MAFS who stole husbands and now it’s all domesticated?'” she added.
