Harry Styles has made waves in more ways than one with the announcement of his new album, Harry’s House, out May 20th.
The 28-year-old “Golden” singer announced his upcoming music on Wednesday with a photoshoot in an upside-down house, with the star wearing a Molly Goddard outfit with lace-up ballet flats.
Styles wore Goddard’s ruched ‘Iwona’ blouse ($766), wide-leg ‘Jorg’ jeans ($634) and white ‘Albie’ pumps ($501), all from the UK’s Spring 2022 collection designers.
“EXCUSE ME MR. STYLES ARE THAT BALLERINAS?!?!” a fan tweeted looking at the album cover.
“Harry is the only person allowed to wear ballet flats, sorry I refuse to let those come back,” another called.

In fact, thanks to designers like Miu Miu and famous fans like Angelina Jolie, ballet-inspired shoes are back in the limelight, while poofy tulle skirts and bodystockings are also back in style.
Even Styles himself has flirted with the idea, donning a ruffled dress on the cover of Vogue in November 2020, sporting a set of boas at the 2021 Grammys, and launching a pastel nail polish line with Pleasing.
