Francine Donnorummo, chief of the Special Victims Division at the Florida Attorney’s Office, said O’Leary was unable to provide her son Ezra with adequate food and health care. The woman’s lawyer tries to defend her, claiming that she did not act intentionally, that she believes she is doing something good for her baby. In addition to the woman, the child’s father, Ryan Patrick O’Leary, 33, who is believed to be an accomplice, has also been charged.
