One of the fifty most beautiful beaches in the world is in Brazil: Grumari, west of Rio de Janeiro, made it into the international ranking of the travel recommendation platform “Big 7 Travel” published in the second half of June.
The selected beaches are selected based on three criteria: best performance on social media, evaluation by the platform’s editorial jury and also a score in the Blue Flag program managed by the Environmental Education Foundation (Fundação para Educação Ambiental) considering the Cleaning destinations and ecosystem protection for sustainable tourism.
The Brazilian, who was included in the ranking, took the 38th place and just stood out for its natural preservation. “Copacabana and Ipanema may get all the glory, but those who get it [do assunto] Walk to Grumari Beach.
With the green forest as a backdrop, the beach offers fine golden sands with emerald waters,” recommends Big 7 Travel.

The title of the best beach in the world went to Playa Conchal in Costa Rica, a country currently considered the “hottest destination”. “This small beach is covered in crushed shells and surrounded by a turquoise bay. It is a paradise,” conclude the evaluators.
