Managua, July 8 (Prensa Latina) Vice President of Nicaragua Rosario Murillo today affirmed that the revolutionaries in her country would never sell out or give up.
“With Daniel at the head and the people as President, in Power of Victories, 43/19, we move forward because God is great, just and merciful and we know that as a people of faith we trust in God and move forward, because historically we are right,” emphasized the Vice President in her daily speech.
In this sense, he stressed that Nicaragua has great dignity and sovereignty because it has the spiritual strength that God gives it to “overcome all the insults, human unhappiness, human misery to win”.
Murillo recalled a fragment of a speech by Ernesto Che Guevara when he declared that imperialism should not be trusted.
Who can trust imperialism that has murdered and destroyed so many countries in the world? Who?” Che already said it, not a bit like that, nothing, and we already said it, we also fought with glory and victory against the Yankee enemy of mankind, he commented.
Referring to the failed coup attempt of 2018, the Vice President stressed that Nicaragua’s enemies continue to be defeated because love, unity, brotherhood, brotherhood, peace and the common good reign here.
“Therefore this diabolical attempt to rule us through hate has not happened, it will not happen, it has gotten nowhere, but they carry on defeated, they could not and will not be able, we say it with the strength of a people the peace want,” said the Sandinista leader.
