A filing was sent Friday by Amber Heard’s legal team that contains more information about a claim they filed last week, CBS News reported.

According to the latter, a 77-year-old man who had been called to serve on the jury during the high-profile trial failed to show up at the scene. In his place is another man who would live at the same address and have the same surname, but aged 52.

It is not known at this time how this error was discovered, nor a possible explanation.

Heard’s attorneys also asked the judge to review the verdict last week because the amount awarded to Depp ($10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages) was “excessive” and “unjustifiable,” The Associated Press reported.
