Josh Flagg confirms new relationship after announcing divorce

Off the market again!

Josh Flagg shared he’s dating a mystery man two weeks after announcing his divorce from husband Bobby Boyd.

“After Bobby and I broke up, I started seeing someone,” the celebrity realtor and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star, 36, said in an interview with People published Friday.

“I didn’t want to date anyone because I was married,” he continued. “We never dated until Bobby and I left our marriage.”

Flagg said he and his new man have known each other for years, but went on to clarify that romance was never on the table until he and Boyd quietly split months ago.

“We were friends for a while. It just happened organically. I like him a lot and he’s a very nice guy,” the Bravolebrity said, adding that his boyfriend “is also in the real estate business.”

Insiders tell Page Six that Flagg has lived at the Beverly Hills Hotel — where he married Boyd in 2017 — since splitting from the Versace and Calvin Klein real estate agent.

On March 4, Page Six broke the news that Flagg and Boyd had decided to end their marriage after a months-long separation. Moments later, Flagg confirmed via Instagram that it was over.

“It wasn’t a hasty or impulsive decision. We took a lot of thought before coming to this conclusion,” he wrote in part. “It wasn’t a lack of love, it was that we both grew in different directions and wanted very different things for ourselves.”

Flagg will soon have a spacious apartment to spend time with his new flame, having recently purchased a 7,100 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills’ coveted Flats neighborhood.

“Ever since I was a little boy I’ve had my eye on this house. It hasn’t been on the market for almost 60 years,” he told us last week. “It was actually an opportune time because a year ago, when it was brought to my attention that the owners might be considering a sale, I was halfway through renovating another home for which I hired and fired three contractors and architects and fought with the city [of Beverly Hills] for almost two years to build what I wanted.”

Flagg added: “But when this landed on my desk I stopped everything and was immediately determined to bring it home. It has always been my favorite house in the [Beverly Hills] Apartments.”

Although the home was priced at $9,200,000, it was purchased in a trust from Flagg for an undisclosed amount in an off-market transaction, he confirmed to Page Six.

The LA native said he spent years “essentially aggressively courting the owners” to sell him the home and is thrilled to finally get his name on the title.

“Eventually, if you push and push hard enough, I find you get what you want,” he noted.
