An arrest warrant has been issued for the ex-girlfriend of Girls Gone Wild founder Jo Francis.
A porn producer accused former 33-year-old Abby Wilson of stealing $350,000 from a company he was involved with.
The arrest warrant, written in Spanish, says Wilson is wanted for breach of trust with Birchfield LLC in Mexico. It is not clear what the company does.
Francis declined to say if he was the owner.
He claims that her arrest is imminent, which will mean he will finally be reunited with his seven-year-old twin girls Athena and Alexandria after Francis claimed in December that Wilson kidnapped them.
Francis told the media that he was supposed to see his girls for Christmas, but his ex “disappeared from the net.”
The former couple accused each other of domestic violence.
Francis claims, without evidence, that Wilson is addicted to fentanyl, and he believes she is hiding in a Mexican interior with her two-girl drug dealer boyfriend.
“In the midst of the unvaccinated part of the pandemic, she was heavily using these drugs,” he said in an exclusive interview with .
“I gave her access, like anyone else, to a couple of my bank accounts, and she was able to transfer large sums of money from Mexico to America to her US bank accounts.”

Joe Francis made his fortune by talking young women into flashing on camera. He has seen him interact with Paris Hilton and Andy Dick.
Here the Kardashians are chatting with Joe Francis. His resort in Puerto Vallarta is a Kim Kardashian favorite.
Francis met Abby Wilson, pictured here in the center, at the America’s Hottest Girls contest.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Francis has built a resort in Mexico called Casa Amara, where he lives in exile due to a valid U.S. arrest warrant for him. He met Wilson during the 1997 America’s Hottest Girls contest and settled south of the border.
“She is accused of stealing money from me, as well as kidnapping and abuse of minors,” he said.
However, the warrant in Spanish does not mention the amount of money, the children, or the kidnapping.
He says it’s part of his ex’s pattern of erratic behavior related to her drug use.
“July 31, 2020, during the pandemic, Abby became addicted to needles and opiate injections, which she could get in Mexico in large quantities,” he said.
Around the same time, Francis was charged with domestic violence for allegedly spitting on her, hitting her, and dragging her around his beach house by her hair in front of the children.
He claims that she made it all up and bribed the Mexican authorities to accuse him of the crime.
“All of a sudden she made up some fake domestic violence and then paid a prosecutor named ‘Karen’ 100,000 pesos,” he said, “to have him arrested and charged.
“It’s not supported by anything,” Francis said. You can speak to my staff. I’ll pay you a million dollars if you get one of them to say that I ever yelled at her. I just don’t do it.”
Francis was arrested in August on charges of domestic violence, making sure to tag the Casa Aramara resort he built in the beach town of Punta de Mita, Mexico, near Puerto Vallarta.
He was held in custody for several weeks and underwent court-ordered treatment, and his case was eventually dismissed.
The creator of Girls Gone Wild posted this photo of his daughter with a comment lamenting their custody dispute.
Last year, Abby Wilson took to Instagram to complain about the lack of child support payments from her ex, Joe Francis.
Joe Francis’ ex-wife’s lawyer Abby Wilson says she has full temporary custody of seven-year-old twin daughters Athena and Alexandra.
Wilson, on the right, accused Frances of domestic violence but claims she made it up.
Wilson’s attorney, Ronald Richards, previously told that Francis had been subjected to “physical and verbal abuse” and that his mother was in “full temporary custody.”
Richards also provided court records.
Wilson also said that Francis paid minimal child support after their separation.
“I don’t like domestic violence in my house,” Francis said.
He said that because of the allegations, he had only seen his children for nine days in the past two years. During Christmas, he accused her of kidnapping her parents when they didn’t come to his house for the holidays.
“I have joint custody of my children,” he said. “They should be allowed to see their father, but instead she’s crazy.”
“This goes beyond a custody battle,” he said. “It is a crime. This is a real crime.”
Frances said her drug dealer boyfriend kidnapped his lawyer for three days and tasered him in the genitals to torture him.
Francis compared himself to Liam Neeson in Kidnapped, about a retired SWAT agent who must hunt down his daughter’s kidnappers.
He said he tried to help his ex, but feels like her addiction has taken control of her.
“I tried to talk her into going to therapy sessions, and then the therapists said there was nothing I could do,” he said.
While he was trying to work out a custody issue with his ex-girlfriend, he was able to host several famous guests such as Kim Kardashian, who stops by the resort he built on Mexico’s Pacific coast with his pornography money.
For now, Francis is beside himself with worry that the girls are not hurt when the authorities kick down his ex’s door.
“I really hope that my daughters recover as quickly as possible and the operation goes peacefully,” he said. “And that she walks quietly. Now 50 policemen are following her.”
He said he just wanted his daughters to be with him.
“Joe Francis loves his daughters very much and misses them very much,” he said. “And what their mother did is a tragedy.
