Denzel Washington – The Tragedy of Macbeth
The actor brings Lord Macbeth to life in the first film Joel Coens directs alone (without collaborating with his brother Ethan). The story is based on the classic play by William Shakespeare about a Scottish lord who listens to the predictions of three witches and does everything in his power to become the next king of Scotland.
