The trendy sunglass start-up she founded four years ago collapsed last week, owing around $2.3 million.

But Steph Claire Smith appeared unconcerned about her former company’s financial woes on Sunday as she stripped for a bikini selfie.

It was business as usual for the 28-year-old fitness entrepreneur as she flaunted her taut waist in the colorful two-piece suit for an Instagram snap.

The Keep It Cleaner co-founder wore her blonde hair up and minimal makeup.

“Definitely not bikini weather,” Steph wrote in the caption.

“We jumped into the spa today, got in early to make the most of it [son] Harvey’s nap, unfortunately he woke up just as it was getting hot.’ She added.

It comes after Soda Shades, the sunglass brand founded by Steph and her partner Josh Miller, went into voluntary administration this week.

Steph stepped down as a director of the company shortly after its inception, with Josh succeeding late last year.

D Australia understands the couple no longer have an interest in the company and it was under the control of investors at the time of the sinking.

Rahul Goyal and Kate Conneely of KordaMentha Restructuring have been appointed administrators of the company.

One of the joint administrators, Mr Goyal, said: “Unfortunately, business has stalled due to supply chain issues.”

Administrators hope to sell the company to pay off all debts.

The sunglass brand was popular with Australian celebrities, and the label even designed a pair to mark the retirement of tennis legend Dylan Alcott.

Soda Shades has nearly 50,000 followers on Instagram and sells products all over the world, with an average pair of glasses costing around $95.

The company posted sales of $1.3 million last year.
