SP judge issues order evicting Whindersson Nunes from premises for nonpayment

The São Paulo Court of Justice has upheld a lawsuit for comedian, singer and YouTuber Whindersson Nunes to be evicted from a commercial space in São Paulo.

The decision of the Pinheiros regional district in the west zone of the capital will be made on July 6. According to the document, the property owner has filed a lawsuit because payments are not made regularly and because an obligation agreed between them has not been fulfilled.

The text goes on to say that the comedian did not contest the lawsuit, “which suggests the accuracy of the facts alleged by the author. [do processo]”.

Therefore, the judge in the case ordered the eviction of Whindersson with 15 days’ notice to evict voluntarily under penalty of eviction.
