According to Barnaby, who is pictured before (left) and after (right) his transition, one man even told him he should be “burned by fire” while another called him “this”
Adriana said she received comments such as “You’re a dude” or “You still can’t have a baby” or “You don’t have a period.”
Barnaby added: “We are often fetishized. If I get contact messages, people want to know if they can join us in bed and what we have in our pants.
Before they were found, Barnaby admitted that he “did not have much success in the meetings.”
“Meeting a trans man was really rude. “What I wasn’t prepared for was the ignorance that came with trying to expose yourself there,” he said. “It always comes down to one question – have you had surgery yet?”
As for Adriana, she said meeting as a trans woman was “also very difficult”.
“It was a bunch of guys who wanted a very secret relationship. Unlike now, dating [Barnaby]he actually sees me as a person, except for my body, “she added.
Barnaby came out as a lesbian to her parents after graduating from high school. However, after losing his brother to suicide, he realized he was transgender.

Adriana (pictured with Barnaby), on the other hand, said she “always felt like a girl” from “As Young as She Can Remember”
She recalled feeling “very, very nervous” about telling her parents she was transsexual, but in the end they were nothing but support.
When asked if he had ever been ashamed of Adriana, her father Keith (pictured) told No and added:[Her] happiness is what is really important to us
“It made me think more about what my happiness is. Am I really being honest with myself? he remembered wondering. That’s where I realized I might be transsexual.

“He ate me so much alive.” I was very, very nervous to tell them. “Especially in Latin American culture, being transsexual is unkind,” she said.
Asked if he had ever been ashamed of Adriana, her father, Keith, told the paper, “No.”
However, he had a “very strong fear” for her safety because of the sheer amount of online hatred she and Barnaby had received – as well as their previous battles with depression.
But he is proud of how candid they have been online, despite all the reaction and control they face from their haters.
Barnaby began a medical transition in 2015 by taking testosterone and had his breasts surgically removed in July 2017. He is pictured after surgery
Before finding each other, Barnaby (pictured left before the operation and just after the operation) admitted that he “did not have much success with meetings.”
As for Adriana, she was two and a half years old in her transition when she met Barnaby and said that meeting as a trans woman was “also very difficult”.
Now the couple is preparing to walk the path together, something Adriana never thought she would do. “I’m excited about it, but I don’t feel real,” she said
“The only way this is not a problem is if it becomes normal. And the only way to become normal is through exposure. “I’m proud to represent you,” he told Adriana during the interview.
“Your happiness is what is really important to us and to see you so happy, quite great.”

“I never thought I would marry honestly. To imagine myself in a dress and have a dream wedding – I’m excited about it, but I don’t feel real, “she said at the exit.
“Now I feel more than ever in our lives that things are starting to fall apart and we are very excited.”
