Whindersson Nunes is the subject of an eviction notice in São Paulo for nonpayment for a commercial space. The case is ongoing in the Pinheiros Regional Unit, West Zone of São Paulo, filed by the owner of the property.

The text of the lawsuit states that Whindersson failed to meet rent payments and failed to make improvements to the property as the contract would have agreed. According to the lawsuit, the comedian has not contested the lawsuit, which is valued at R$90,000. Whindersson has 15 days from the judge’s decision to vacate the property voluntarily.

According to information from the columnist Fábia Oliveira from “EM OFF”, the comedian had rented the property in March 2021 and only paid the rents late after an outofcourt reminder was sent. Whindersson’s publicist has not yet commented on the case.

Payments for Advertising

Whindersson Nunes already has a solid career behind him in several respects. The comedian fills arenas everywhere he goes, is the face of big brands and one of the biggest digital influencers in the country, but how much does he make?

Speaking to the hosts of the Millionaire podcast, he revealed how much he would make if he spent a whole year just promoting his Instagram account, which has just over 58.5 million followers.

“I know roughly how much I’ll make if I do just one thing a year. If I just sell ads on my Instagram, reduce the cost (of producing the campaigns) and do it well, I will make R$20 million a year,” said the content creator.

Whindersson also commented on his comedy shows that travel around Brazil and the world. He revealed he gets around 300,000 viewers a year and commented that his production receives complaints about the categories of tickets made available to the public.
