SOS Domestic Violence: Maintaining basic services despite the strike on Saturday

Despite the 24-hour strike by employees of the organization SOS Violence Conjugale on Saturday, essential services are maintained, the Administrative Labor Court (TAT) ruled.

In anticipation of this strike, which will be triggered at midnight on Saturday, the TAT decided on Wednesday on the services provided for in the agreement concluded between the two parties on June 30th.

During the strike, employees will continue to perform duties related to the 24-hour emergency hotline and emergency financial assistance service.

According to the court’s decision, a single employee will be mobilized to provide these services during normal working hours.

If there are difficulties in applying essential services, they must discuss them together to find a solution, otherwise they must go to court.
