Kim Kardashian is officially an unmarried woman, even when divorced Kanye West continues.

The 41-year-old In step with Kardashian the star was declared unmarried by a judge after a court hearing Wednesday morning over her divorce from the 44-year-old rapper, according to the PA.

The change in her status comes after her ex tried to delay their divorce by challenging their prenuptial agreement in court.

With Kardashian’s new unmarried status, her name has changed as she has officially renounced the West and legally returned to Kim Kardashian.

Sources said earlier TMZ that West was unlikely to attend the hearing and ultimately did not appear.

Kim was not in person at the courtroom, but joined remotely via video call.

According to the publication, the rapper’s lawyer did not object to Kardashian being declared unmarried, but they listed his requests before she was declared unmarried.

The judge complied with the request of the rapper of Flashing Lights to return all the money intended to be divided between the two to the other ex in case one of them dies.

However, the judge rejected West’s other requests for the transfer of assets and “marital privileges”.

The producer asked the judge to prevent his ex-wife from transferring all the assets she kept in trusts, which they denied.

They also shut down his demand that Kardashian relinquish her right to allow anyone she marries in the future to refuse to testify about the communication they had with her.

Kardashian’s new legal status means that West is also legally unbound, and a source close to the rapper told TMZ that he also wants the divorce to continue, although this is not in line with his delays in court or his public statements about experience return his wife.

TMZ previously reported that West fired its fourth divorce lawyer, Chris Melcher, before the hearing.

The two reportedly had little communication and the lawyer had trouble coping with the hitmaker’s changing goals as he moved from accepting a divorce to trying to fight him in court.
