Michelle Pfeiffer has dubbed herself a “huge fan” of Britney Spears after the singer shared a video of her as Catwoman on Batman Returns
Michelle Pfeiffer responded to an Instagram post shared by Britney Spears earlier this week.
The 40-year-old singer previously posted a video of the 64-year-old actress in the 1992 blockbuster Batman Returns and penned a lengthy statement to express her admiration for the actress.
Michelle then left a note in the comments section of the post that read, “Wow Britney! Thank you for the nice compliment – I’m a big fan.”

The pop singer shared the iconic scene of the performer donning her Catwoman costume and revealed that she thinks Michelle’s portrayal of the character is the best.
The Toxic singer explained in her caption that there have been a multitude of stars who have followed in Catwoman’s footsteps, but, “Honestly, I don’t think anyone can even come close to that scene.”
The singer declared that Michelle was “the most charming…sexy…and alluring woman…this scene is probably the hottest scene I’ve ever seen in my life!!!”

In addition to Michelle, Batman Returns also starred Michael Keaton as Batman, Danny DeVito as Penguin and Christopher Walken as Max Shreck. The film was a sequel to the 1989 Batman film.
