Food blogger Hannah of Los Angeles-based Lovely Delites says the Hollywood star’s salad is perfect for practicing cutting skills, as the ingredients are finely diced for maximum flavor.
Hannah first diced a red onion, a cucumber, and 1/2 cup of pistachios, then placed them in a large bowl.

How to make Jennifer Aniston’s Salad:
Ingredients:
1 cup Bulgarian
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 red onion, finely diced
1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 cucumber, finely diced

Method:
Then she finely chopped half a cup of fresh parsley, a third cup of fresh mint, and drained and rinsed a can of chickpeas.
The food blogger put the chickpeas over the salad in the large bowl together with the chopped herbs and the crumbled feta.
She finished by adding a cup of Bulgar to the bowl, stirring the ingredients to combine and enjoying.
